How do I find my perfect size?
We recommend using our comprehensive Size Guide found on each product page. For our intimate apparel and bras, we also offer virtual fitting consultations to ensure you get the most comfortable fit possible.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day Wash & Wear Guarantee on your first pair of underwear. For all other items, including bras and apparel, products must be unworn with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
How should I care for my Knix products?
To maintain the integrity of our technical fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and ironing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within North America. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package's progress.
