We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Knix essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window on most items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
